ChatGPT has quickly become a sensation, with artists, writers, scientists, traders, programmers, and even travelers all experimenting with it. From generating unique content to providing valuable insights and predictions, the AI chatbot is proving to be a tool for anyone looking to take their creativity and productivity to the next level.

ChatGPT finished its training in 2021 and hasn’t been designed to browse the internet for new information. ChatGPT is an AI chatbot developed by OpenAI a research firm based in San Francisco. It is a language learning model compatible with both supervised and reinforcement machine learning techniques. Unlike most other chatbots, ChatGPT relies on vast and complex learning models. It can understand your message’s meaning and generate human-like responses. Since it is still in the development phase and their team is continuously working to make ChatGPT more smooth and open to all. However, the company has not disclosed any future plans regarding the usage. Chat GPT is a path-breaking example of an AI chatbot and what the technology could achieve when applied at scale. The bot can be leveraged to increase customer engagement with timely tips and offers. Real-time customer communication (conversational commerce) thanks to chatbots helps customers to find what they are looking for and also evaluates different suggestions. Chatbots are available 24*7 and can respond to your customer instantly. ChatGPT has multiple uses from writing or fixing a code to getting suggestions, getting explanations, writing non-plagiarised essays, creating summaries of long write-ups getting solutions to problems, etc. ChatGPT can automate tasks performed frequently and at specific times. This gives employees time to focus on more important tasks and prevents customers from waiting to receive responses.

The widespread use of chatbots can transform the relationship between healthcare professionals and customers and may fail to take the process of diagnostic reasoning into account. This process is inherently uncertain, and the diagnosis may evolve over time as new findings present themselves. Hence the need for prudence in making clinical decisions. The reasons can be multiple, but the most important ones can basically be reconducted to excessive expectations, poor planning and designing, lack of integration with the rest of the platform, and the workflow of the organizations.

WILL CHATGPT REPLACE GOOGLE?

ChatGPT is a large language model based on artificial intelligence and can generate meaningful and often quite accurate answers to user questions. This threatens the business of search companies such as Google, which also try to satisfy the curiosity of the audience by providing them with answers to questions from various websites. While ChatGPT still needs improvement, its release prompted Google to declare a “code red”, reports The New York Times. For Google, this was akin to pulling the fire alarm. Other companies have a similar problem. Five years ago, Microsoft released a chatbot, called Tay, that spewed racist, xenophobic, and otherwise filthy language. The company was forced to immediately remove it from the Internet – never to return. In recent weeks, Meta took down a newer chatbot for many of the same reasons.  

FUTURE OF AI CHATBOT

Many researchers expect chatbots to continue growing in popularity. In the future, AI and ML will continue to evolve, offer new capabilities to chatbots and introduce new levels to text and voice-enabled user experiences that will transform the customer experience (CX). These improvements may also affect data collection and offer deeper customer insights that lead to predictive buyer behaviors. The global chatGPT market size was valued at USD 525.7 million in 2021 and is expected to expand at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 25.7% from 2022 to 2030. Various innovations carried out in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies are expected to enhance the features of chatbots. This, in turn, is expected to drive market growth in the coming years. The study also estimates that by 2023, over 800 million users in over 190 countries will be using chatbots to conduct various activities including online shopping, banking, booking travel, and much more. Chatbots, like other AI tools, will be used to further enhance human capabilities and free humans to be more creative and innovative, spending more of their time on strategy rather than tactical activities.
